The International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA) is the international study center and coordinating body for ICILS 2023. In close participation with the national centers of participating countries, IEA Amsterdam is responsible for designing and implementing the study, including membership, translation verification, quality control monitoring, and publication. IEA Hamburg is responsible for field operations, sampling procedures, and data processing.
RM Assessment is responsible for developing the ICILS 2023 software systems for the student assessment instruments, including development of the test and questionnaire items, the assessment delivery system, and the web‐based translation, scoring, and data-management modules.
RTI is the data collection and analysis contractor in the United States for ICILS 2023.
Measurement, Inc. is the data-scoring and coding contractor in the United States for ICILS 2023.
Anlar is the analysis, reporting, and dissemination contractor in the United States for ICILS 2023.
The American Institutes for Research is the management, and technical, analytical, reporting, and dissemination support contractor in the United States for ICILS 2023.
